Refund and Returns Policy

At Workout Recovery Tools, we stand behind the quality of our products. If something isn’t right, here’s exactly how we handle returns and refunds.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The item was delivered within the last 30 days
  • The product is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
  • You provide a valid proof of purchase

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or damaged items (not caused by us)
  • Items returned without prior approval
  • Final sale or clearance items (if applicable)

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at:

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if item is damaged or incorrect)

We will review your request and provide return instructions.


3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

If your refund is delayed:

  • Check with your bank/payment provider first
  • Then contact us for support

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or wrong product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the issue

We will:

  • Replace the item free of charge, or
  • Issue a full refund, including shipping costs

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
    • The item is defective
    • The wrong item was sent

We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
We are not responsible for lost return packages.


6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Incorrect

For exchanges, contact us directly.


7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened hygiene-sensitive products (if applicable)
  • Items marked as non-returnable
  • Gift cards (if offered)

8. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Once shipped, the order must go through the return process.


9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account
  2. Contact your payment provider
